HOMECOMING AT PPHS

HOMECOMING+AT+PPHS

Homecoming season is already here! Schools are experiencing their spirits weeks and are preparing for homecoming football games! Here at PPHS, our spirit week begins next Friday!

The school year is flying by at a quick rate, seniors/early graduates are applying for colleges,

jobs, or other career paths! However, as fall creeps up on us, students at PPHS have been able to vote on a homecoming theme.

As the voting season came to an end, the final

the decision was red carpet. Some are excited and others aren’t. I interviewed a classmate, Eli Williams, and this is what he had to say about homecoming. He started by saying, “I think the school homecoming theme for the 2023-2024 school year could have been more relevant and creative rather than people dressing up as they would if this were a normal dance.” He finished off his opinion by stating, “No I will not be attending homecoming, and no I don’t believe it is worth the experience.”

Overall, I believe that everyone should be excited for these high school events! They’re all one-time experiences and will forever be a part of you. I’m sure everyone is excited to see how PPHS plays the theme at homecoming!
