No way Trump has been indicted yet again, for the fourth time which is crazy. The latest charges come from the state of Georgia and include some of the most far-reaching and potentially damaging accusations to his career.
On August 14, 2023, a former President who goes by the name of Donald Trump was indicted by a grand jury in Georgia. Donald Trump and 18 other of his allies were hit with RICO charges. RICO stands for Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act. The act allows for multiple prosecutors to tie together various people and crimes and will eventually get caught, arguing that all parties were working in the same criminal interest and will get charged for that. These types of charges also encourage defendants to cooperate with law enforcement in order to catch the most essential defendants who played the most and in this RICO case who was running it.

Fun fact Trump Defendant Donald Trump lost the United States presidential election, held on November 3, 2020. One of the states he lost was Georgia which is kind of insane because of the case that has been built around him and his team. They were not happy that Trump lost at all and they knowingly and willfully joined a conspiracy to unlawfully change the outcome of the election in favor of Trump to help him knowing it could get them in serious trouble. That conspiracy contained a standard plan and purpose to commit two or more acts of racketeering activity, in Georgia, elsewhere in the state of Georgia, and other states.” The 19 defendants are accused of including and creating a pressure campaign to find more votes to help win, harassing state election workers, making false claims of fraud, and appointing a new slate of electors that favor Trump.
Now he could be facing life or up to 25 years in jail along with the 18 other allies. It’s not looking too good for Donald Trump right now and he has no say so they haven’t heard anything from Trump or his people who were tagged along with his situation.
